Job Description
: - An established company in the healthcare industry is seeking an experienced software architect to guide web development projects. - The person in this position will be responsible for creating software solutions for business needs, and must be able to work with business analysts, developers, clients, and users. - The web architect will maintain architecture standards while creating/integrating solutions that address needs and strategic goals. - Must be able to integrate new solutions into existing web architecture and legacy systems. - Must be able to analyze and determine the tools and technologies needed for development. -The web architect will be relied upon as a technical resource and must be able to perform hands-on development and support when necessary. - Experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite, Oracle iStore, and Java/J2EE is a must. - Experience in a web development environment and a background working with business units is required. - Background with .NET framework is a huge plus - Preferred technology expertise includes SOA, SOAP, XML, Oracle Database and SQL Server, and Sharepoint. - Bachelors degree in an IT related field is required. - Candidates local to the Columbus area are preferred. - Must be authorized to work in the US.
