Jena Roytman serves as the Vice President of Business Development and manages Roytman Information Services’ day-to-day operations, sales and customer relation efforts and recruiting initiatives. She brings over 15 years of strategic business development and client management expertise, team building, a thorough knowledge of the IT industry, a high level of professionalism and complete dedication to RoytmanIS’ customers’ needs.
Jena is ultimately responsible for identifying and managing commercial opportunities as well as leading company’s recruiting team and marketing efforts.
She is heavily involved in the local business community and networking organizations and has been recognized as one of the top volunteers by the Greater Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce. Her dynamic personality, enthusiasm and professionalism enable the company to not only gain new clientele, but also enjoy repeat business from virtually every customer.
Jena holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Wright State University; she is a recipient of one of "Forty Under 40" awards by the Dayton, Ohio Business Journal and is a graduate of the “Leadership Dayton” program.

EXECUTIVE TEAM
Mikhail Roytman is a co-founder of Roytman Information Services and is responsible for leading Roytman Information Services technical consulting teams and projects. He offers over 19 years of ERP implementation experience and over 22 years of Information Technology experience as a developer, architect, project manager and business analyst.
He has implemented numerous new ERP software solutions, performed software and technology platform upgrades, developed custom software projects, improved quality control processes, and conducted training and education programs. His functional expertise spans all enterprise processes within manufacturing and distribution environments, including:
