- Looking for a motivated individual to join our team and contribute to the growth of a 16+ year old local company.

- The Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for the entire employment recruitment process: identifying qualified professionals, calling and screening candidates, preparing resumes, checking references, coordinating interviews, and guiding the applicants from the initial application to hire.

- We offer a strong team environment, however the successful candidate must be able to work with limited supervision to manage the screening and hiring activities.

- Outstanding communication skills (both oral and written) are absolutely required.

- Will grow into a decision-making role within the organization – must be willing to learn business analysis skills and develop a strong understanding of the Information Technology industry.

- Background in IT or technical recruiting or Human Resources or degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.

- Familiarity with Windows and MS Office applications is required.

- Must be able to effectively search on an internal database and the web.

- Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays. 

- Recent graduates are welcome, training will be provided.

- Only candidates local to the Dayton area must apply - we have offices in the Centerville / Washington Township area.

- Must be authorized to work in the US.
